And improve it overall, or do the funny artificial intelligence trick. Which is to absorb all the infomation the internet has, though that would be only possibly once your nanite has a database capable of handling all that infomation in that you would probably spend a long while doing so

I think having the nanites cannibalizing any form of tech such as television would be possible. Use the resources to improve themselves.

Or rob the surrounding area of it's matter to further duplicate the nanites

Technological singularity, keep assimilating all nearby man-made objects and such. Further improving and acceleration far beyond what you were previous at, all forms of technology would also add in the arsenal of abilities your nanites would already have.

Tracking, Detection, Analysis, Infomation Storing and so forth. You would be able to create your own technologies based on the current ones you already had, using them as a base to create or combined into new technologies that would improve yourself even further. Or smth

Close but not to that point of a godhood, the definition of a godhood you are looking for is somewhere around the star system scale. Would probably be varied but considering how so far humanity made stuff, that's gonna be a huge boost.
