It was a complete mess I don’t regret my actions and would do it again if necessary.” Is what I’d say wouldn’t feel bad or good about it really depends on how far my plans would go

I would be kinda depressed and sad, but I would eventually get over it.

I personally wouldn't care. I have them, now i lost them. Nothing lasts forever anyways... Well unless i was a mile in the air when it happened, then i might have a little more of a vested interest in the sudden lack of abilities...

But from a character perspective, that's a complex question that ultimately depends on what your power meant to you as a character, and the stakes of losing your power. For example, if someone like Spiderman loses his powers, he would likely experience a form of longing and depression as not only did he like his powers, they were necessary in saving lives, giving him a vested interest. Conversely, someone like Rogue, The Thing, or even Wolverine would be quite happy to be relieved of the burden that is super powers, since above all their main interest is in living a peaceful life
