Most of them are equal. The top would probably be:

Absolute Transcendence, Complete Arsenal, Perfection, Autopotence, Author Authority, Almighty Mind and Irrational Indeterminacy. There is also Absolute Freedom.

In my mind, the ones that inherently put the user above absolutely everything else are better than the active abilities that can control everything. This is mostly because active abilities require the user to, well, use them, and there is possibility that they could be prevented from doing so, whilst passive abilities that put the user above absolutely everything cannot be prevented, and make the user completely invincible and unbeatable by default.

@AzQth imagine autopotence users giving themselves something like great sage or Rapheal from Tensura but with hyper mind and supertasking.

I that can take control of autopotence to protect and strengthen its user while they can't concentrate enough to use autopotence. like how great sage handles most of Rimuru's skills. it would have no power or knowledge of its own, just infinite calculation, research, and multi-tasking power.

Complete Arsenal has all these powers.
