True but generating gamma radiation would most likely end in more harm than good, unless you're able to enhance yourself with it without harming others around you.

Personally, I'd go with Juggernaut. The Hulk can be stopped as difficult as that may be. But thanks to some magical improvements and his new form of Psychic Immunity, Juggernaut can't be stopped by any means.
