Aside from Super stength and invulnerablity, I'd grant the villain a Fatal Touch, Darkness Manipulation, Mutilation, Heat Vision, and Telekinesis.

If I'm going to create a villain, i wouldn't want to make his power extremely special. Instead, i prefer the idea of a villain utilizing a simple power in the most creative and brutal ways. For example, a water manipulator who drowns his targets, or a telekinetic who uses his telekinesis to kill with almost surgical precision

The powers themselves aren't terrifying. The character's actions make them terrifying.

To give you an example though, a character could use Crystallokinetic Constructs to create crystal spikes in someone's heart.

Eldritch Magic, Necromancy, and Black Shamanism.

Thinking about it the powers I chose might not be that simple.
