@Cameron Washington Well, by comic book logic, similar to the flash, someone with absolute speed could outrun the smallest fraction of time possible, being the planck time. The flash outran instant teleportation, not with moving back in time, but moving so fast that not only was it like he was in two places at one time, but instead, he broke the laws of physics by outrunning time itself. By this logic, I could outrun someone who is omnipresent simply because I can outrun their existence which is bound by time.
