Pretty powerful, and it doesn't really prevent people from stealing your stuff. Yet.. but yeah basically manipulation/control over things that are related to yourself. Basically personal configuration to an extent, probably.

Hmm fair enough, the power is knowledge based propety or smth. As long you have experienced and understand it, you can manipulate it to an extent. Including people's possesions as a medium to control them probably

In its purest form, Solipsistic Manipulation is the power to manipulate anything that can be related to you. An obvious one is your possessions, which are related to you by your ownership of them, but this idea can be extended much further.

Let's say you learn about plants in school. Now plants are related to you through your knowledge of them, so you can manipulate plants.

If you get infected with a disease, it becomes related to you due to infecting you. As such, you can manipulate it (you may or may not need knowledge of what the disease is and/or how it functions).

You can also acquire abilities/skills by observing them - once you have seen it being done, it becomes related to you and so you can easily master it. This may even work for fictional things - e.g you read a book where a character used magic, so that magic is related to you and you can manipulate it in any way, including by using it in real life. It's possible you could also summon fictional characters, since knowledge of them relates them to you.

High level users of this ability can go even further. They could gain complete mastery over every aspect of themselves (Personal Mastery), as all of those aspects are related to them - e.g your origin is obviously related to you, as is your existence, your potential, etc. They could even learn to manipulate all probabilities relating to them, essentially allowing them to decide the chance of any given thing happening in their lives (e.g they could decide that the probability of them winning the lottery is 100%, or decide that the probability they fail something is 0%, or even more ridiculous things like encountering aliens or learning magic), or even learn to outright manipulate their own life story, allowing them to perfectly dictate the events of their own life.
