Unless Chaos Force can allow a character to exit the very work of fiction that the they are in and punch the lights out of the Author/Creator/Animator, there is simply no comparison.

Toon Force is essentially just having the Author pull the whackiest sh*t possible. Whether it's slurping up an omniverse like spaghetti or editing the scenes in their own show, etc.
