As much as I don't like her, she-hulk has a good amount of power and control over that power.

I forgot to mention no matter which character you chose in any pt. you have access to Ant-Man tech so for like really big things like vehicles and to deal with the extra equipment (both current and former) you can the shrink it and return it to normal size and carry it around in a convenient carrying case like for example Spider-Man Nanite container that holds and charges the Iron spider armor in the carrier same with the stark Jet from far from home ECT. All equipment self repairs if damaged and self replenishes, both take between 4 to 8 hours so if your armor, suit or vehicle gets damaged or you run out of certain equipment, fuel or weapons ECT, no worries about how to fix it or where to get or make more. Also you have the same level of control over the powers and know how to use the skills at the same level as the character you chose.

I choose Spider-Man cause he's my favorite and he isn't super powerful. Plus he has the coolest tech besides Ironman.

Thor easy as I can get a thor physique, stormbreaker, hulk level strength, plus access to the bifrost which basically let's me transport anywhere
