Personally I choose omnitrix Ben has alien x and it's official that alien x isn't even the most powerful alien in the watch plus the watch has a fail safe that won't let Ben die and can use the alien DNA to reform his bodie if necessary

Well u could but you would need to check how to do it cause that's Ben 10,000's thing but u can't gain the powers all at once

Upgrade increase strength of omnitrix power cause technically I can and upgrading me in a Ultimate form upgrading more allowing me to use more power

Isn't it stated that Upgrade cannot modify classic Omnitrix?
