Accelerated Metabolism (Uses chemical energy faster than normal humans)

Archetype: Glass Cannon/Fragile Speedster

Weakness:

Has a bodily limit to how much energy he can store, and he has to expel energy when he has too much, through an aura that temporarily enhances his physical characteristics but depletes him of all of his energy, or release it in a dramatic shockwave.

You could shorten the list by taking on Accelerated Body which lets you get rid of the agility, stamina, regeneration, reflexes, speed and metabolism and if the damage empowerment is from absorbing kinetic energy from attacks, you can get rid of that because it's just part of Kinetic Energy Manipulation(kinetic charging, kinetic conversion and impact manipulation). Because of the dramatic shockwave which is potentially very destructive, I think glass cannon would be better than fragile speedster

This leaves you with a list that's about the same but much shorter
