This is truly a difficult question to answer, as both past manipulation and future manipulation are highly powerful but it is not clear how these powers would work and what you would consider past is? do they have limitations or they work the way I want?

Well @SleepyTact that's why If I got that power I wouldn't go crazy far in the past or something like that. I'd just keep my life the same just alter it with origin manipulation so that the current date or a week from now or something like that my powers activate or I get something that gives me powers but it doesn't alter my past or my present.

World event where everyone gets powers and setup in the past. Plus it's easier to go back and fix the past or restore back to original.
