Yes. But what can you accomplish with that power? Can you make a TV show show something else (Like making the Newscaster look like someone else)? Can you make the voice coming from a speaker different? Can you make your voice echo in the material world without the need of any transmitter (e.g: tv, speaker, radio, headphone e.t.c.)?

They can control the information carried in the radio waves,

1. yes, but it might be hard without precise control

2. yes, as long as the speaker is playing something transmitted from another device

3. no, since people can't hear radio waves with them being invisible and silent.

Thanks for that answer. So, if there is no technology (e.g: tv, speaker, radio, headphones e.t.c.) in the world, what can you do with this power? I know you can do obvious things like combining and condensing radio waves to create a construct of radio waves, but what else? This is probably, if not the weakest power in the EM Spectrum Manipulation.

Maybe for detection by sensing any slight disruptions or blockages of radio waves in the area. you can also be 100% invisible to anything that uses radio waves for detection like radars.
