Hmm... I would say maybe Super Science. Super Science is a level of science that simulates defiance of its own rules to create effects akin to magic. Physical Force Manipulation can alter scientifically defined forces such as gravity, the strong and weak forces, etc, to do things that would most definitely seem to defy all laws of science, whilst still having a somewhat scientific basis. Hence, Super Science.

I would say not Meta or Omni Science, as Meta Science is capable of literally rewriting the rules of science used by the user, far beyond what would be possible with Physical Force Manipulation, which is still somewhat bound by the forces in existence and how they operate. And then there's Omni Science. Omni Science possesses all scientific abilities, to the point of being able to alter literally any aspect of existence through scientific operations. This ranges from physical things like forces and matter to non-physical things like logic, truth, concepts, metaphysics, meta-concepts, and potentially even absolutes. This is all far beyond the scope of a Physical Force Manipulator, which is limited to, well... physical forces.
