Flight can be really helpful but would draw a lot of attention and would make you use it only at night so your not seen.

Invisibility pretty good for stealing, jump scares and being pervy.

Enhanced Strength really useful for construction Jobs and highly valued due to your wage being lower than the cost of a crane.

Empathy I sure it would help in relationships but I can barely deal with my own emotions I can’t see how anyone can deal with others emotions as well.

Enhanced Hearing would suck like the middle of the night you can hear cars driving by, people watching tv and you can’t go to crowded places.

Enhanced Speed very useful for transport.

I can claim innocence in this, I just wanted invisibility for eavesdropping and getting past various locked doors in random public buildings, just to see what's there (and yeah, stealing, and scaring which is pretty good revenge if you ask me, kinda Matilda and Trunchbull vibes).
