I’m glad somebody finally asked, I would go with:

The Lords "Scire Omnia" (Latin for "to know everything")

Maybe "The Scireomnia" for short, I’d be pretty funny to have a pantheon that was literally Latin for Know it Alls, according to their title, the know it all gods would probably be Nigh-Omniscient.

The scientists. it would fit with what they are since most scientists like to be as efficient as possible.
