The foreign master is one of the many fragments of Savion (I'm not sure if he will ever get all the pieces of himself because I haven't roleplayed in a long time.) he grows stronger as Savion becomes stronger and is a darker part of his psyche so there no holding, but he would toy with him plus some of the abilities he has gained over time make him a menace on the battlefield.
