If I can also do what I want with my power and have fun while granting people powers then everyone gets powers

Hmm... if the power granter is essentially Meta Ability Creation, and I can also use it on myself, I would take that. It would be cool to grant people abilities, as well as get some myself. If I couldn't grant myself powers too, I think I would feel kind of cheated, like, "I was the first to gain a superpower! But all I can do is grant other people powers..."

If not, I would take Multiversal explorer with Meta Luck. The multiverse is infinite and interesting, and it would be cool to explore it knowing I will be safe and have everything I need due to the sheer level of luck I possess. Meta Luck alone would make me godlike, as all I have to do is want something enough and the luck means I'm probably going to get it. There's a reason it has uncontrolled Absolute Wish as an application.

Though not to mention you don't exactly have to explore, you just can explore anywhere safely and within favour prob

Plus, assuming it works through portals or teleportation or something like that, if you want something you could probably just open up a portal or teleport randomly and your sheer level of luck will mean you end up in the ideal place to get what you want.

Luck will always make it in your favour so yeah, anywhere at anytime

Probably bring some souvenirs from your interdimensional travels into your room or smth
