NYC is known for it’s chaos. With the Supernatural publicly prevalent, it’s hard to ignore. But when a night of killings left 5 NYCPD Officers dead, everyone is a suspect. And as the semi-secret war between Humanity and Supernatural rages on, only one side can win. Which side are you on?
Sign-Up Rules:
—Your character can be any Species that is not OP. That means no Transcendent, Ascended or Ascended Transcendent Physiologies. Alpha Physiologies are somewhat allowed, though the numbers of how many can be entered in is limited.
—Up to 2 OCs per person. If one or both of your OCs die or you lose interest in them, you’re allowed to replace them with another OC.
—There is a limited number of Villains allowed for this RP. Do not make extremely bad people either, as I have limits.
—If you decide to have your OC be any kind of Demon, you must follow the Demon Traditions:
A Demon's name is split into three parts; a first name based on their Spirit Animal, a middle name that's Human-like and a last name that fits with their future (it can be a random Word, tho).
A Demon's first and last names are in Greek, while their middle name is in English.
Also, a Demon has their Variation (which Ring they were born in) next to their Species.
—If you decide to have your OC be any kind of Angel, you must follow the Angel Traditions:
An Angel’s name is written in Romanian.
An Angel’s name is split into two parts; a first name that’s based on an Element and a last name related to a type of Climate (Snow, Sun, ect).
—If you decide to have your OC be either a God or Demi-God, you must choose a Domain (what they rule over) that’s not taken by someone else. Once you’ve chosen that Domain, you’re required to have your God or Demi-God have the non-OP Powers associated with that Domain. If you choose to not have your God or Demi-God gain a Domain, then they are considered Domainless and are much weaker than regular Gods and Demi-Gods.
—All OCs should be older than 18 unless you plan to make a Teenager. Ask me about this beforehand.
—No OP Powers
—Weaknesses are required, with the minimum being 4. They should all be exploitable to some extent and they can vary from Physical Weaknesses, Mental Weaknesses, Power-based Weaknesses or Fears/Phobias/Trauma that your OC suffers from.
—You cannot use OCs repeatedly from other RPs/Series without permission. That is considered to be somewhat lazy, repetitive and annoying, and iust barely changing them won't get passed by me so easily. You can kindly ask me if one of your Characters from another Series is allowed. Otherwise, please make a brand new OC that fits.
—As always, Backstories are optional.
—It is required for you to post the entire Character Sheet in the Sign-Up. Do not post a link that links me to another Post where the OC is, or otherwise I won’t accept it until that Character Sheet is actually in the Sign-Up itself. However, if your OC’s sheet is too big, then please put their Google Doc link in the Sign-Up and make it so everyone can see it, including myself.
—Use the provided Character Sheet to make your OC. Do not leave important sections such as Personality or Weaknesses blank.
—Appearances of your OC can be described or by using Character Art. Do not use real life photos of a person for your Appearance.
—Your Character can only have 1 Grand. Describe this Grand well and do not just link Powers in this section, as not every Grand will grant your OC Powers.
—Your Character can only have up to 4 Tekcs.
—Your Character can only have up to 3 Tag Combos. If you’d like to do these Tag Combos with another person’s OC, ask them beforehand.
—Please follows these Rules regarding your Grand, Tekcs and Tag Combos:
A Grand (Also known as Grand Move or Grand Attack) is a person’s Ultimate Move. Almost everyone (except for Transcendent Beings and Omnipotents) have a Grand. A Grand can combine all the abilities of a person and even add news one in. A Grand isn’t infinite, as it takes almost all of the energy of a person. It can also only be used at least once per day. A Grand can come in any types (I.E Summon, Attack, Defend, Transformation, ect).
A Tekc is a person’s technique. Only one Power is used per Tekc. And like a Grand, they have limited uses and energy. However, a Tekc can only be a type of Attack. It cannot be a Transformation, Defense, Summon, ect.
A Tag Combo is a combo move with another person used to increase damage on a target/targets. These are the rules for a Tag Combo;
The max amount of people that can be in a Tag Combo is 4.
The stronger the bond between the people in/using the Tag Combo, the stronger the Tag Combo will be; weaker bonds—such as doing a Tag Combo with someone you’ve never met—will be weaker than doing a Tag Combo with your best friend, partner, wife/husband, fiancé, etc.
A Tag Combo cannot be used multiple times at once, and only one Tag Combo can be used at a time. Using it once takes 5 minutes to charge for everyone. Using multiple Tag Combos throughout a day will increase the charge time by doubling the original time.
Tag Combos can only be Attacks, Counters of Defenses. Nothing else.
Using a Tag Combo takes a 3rd of one’s energy from all participants. This will increase the more you use your Tag Combo in the same day. Different Tag Combos can also take up different amounts of energy.
A Tag Combo’s damage can vary. The weakest Tag Combos will do twice the damage of a regular attack, while the stronger ones can multiply the damage 10 times. It cannot go higher than x10.
The max amount of energy one person has for a Tag Combo is 120. Dividing by 3 per use of Tag Combo(s) will show you how much you have left.
—As always, Grands, Tekcs and Tag Combos are optional.
