To be quite honest, it’s a mystery that if one gained complete arsenal right now, powers like absolute stench/absolute ugliness, etc. would even be automatically active.

They would also have personal mastery and autopotence, so they could shut stuff off and turn stuff on if they wanted to

Unfortunately, it wouldn't work like that. Having all powers means you lose your individuality, making having all superpowers pointless.
