I think by now you all know what my favorite power is but for the uninitiated I will repeat.

Well whether I would kill the villains really depends on how evil they are. No one is born evil, it's life and others that make you it, so I would try to make them good by trying to help them. However I would have no mercy on villains who hurt others for fun or "boredom"

Oh I would definitely murder the f*ck out of them. Of course it depends on the villain but there are some villains out there (in fiction) that I ABSOLUTELY WANT TO TORTURE THEM FOR ALL ETERNITY! REINCARNATE THEM AS A BUG 1000BILLION TIMES OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND KILL THEM SLOWLY. For example Clayman from Tensura, The main antagonist of Talentless Nana ( i will give him extra special treatment), AFO from MHA and others... HOWEVER, There are some villains that i would not kill and I would most definitely rehab them example: Dabi from MHA. With my fav power which is Metapotence, I was always imagining myself living a life as a pacifist saint/sage so in that life time I won't kill, no matter the villain. Not directly at least.

Even if I was a reality warping god, I would choose the most unusual answer.

I would rewrite their personalities, making them into much kinder individuals. Of course, I've seen how this usually ends, so I'll create special clones that have flawless clairvoyance so I can keep an eye on them at all times.

If anything goes wrong, I'll just stop time around that area and have the problem fixed. If I get tired of doing it, I'll just pull a Naruto and make clones of myself that are mentally linked with me.

If a villain is pure evil, I would also rewrite their personality.

Imagine turning someone like Hitler into Mother Teresa. He would be extremely ashamed of his crimes and do his best to make up for all the horrible things he's done.

When you have power that's essentially only limited by your imagination, you can actively prevent suffering without the fear of going mad with power.

If the villain kills someone I love and care for would definitely be killed. I'll probably wouldn't kill them unless I really have too.

You could look into alternate futures to see everything that would happen if you didn't kill them, like if they come for revenge or do some really really bad things.

Some of them I would kill them. Others, I'll have them sent to prison.
