Info Post 3: How to Gain Signatures

After a surge of missing Signatures, S.I.D Members Rivka Leiberman and Kiyoshi ‘Yoshi’ Nakamura are tasked with finding them. Their search will begin in Tokyo, Japan, followed by them traveling to Seoul, South Korea; Beijing, China and ending their search in Pyongyang, North Korea. Their search will be hard, especially given the many way they’ll have to get the missing Signatures back. Will you help them?
Sign-Up Rules:
—All OCs will be Human and therefore must look like a Modern Human. This is why there’s no Species category.
—Protags only unless I’ve given you privately special permission.
—All OCs must be older than 18 and must be no older than their early late 40s.
—Your OC can either be in the S.I.D or be someone willing to help.
—If you make an S.I.D Member, follow the 2nd Info Post.
—Only one Signature per person. Do not copy someone else’s Signature or have the same Signature or Signature Ability as someone else. Signatures can have the same Gen and Type, but cannot have the same Item or Ability as someone else.
—You must use the Classifications shown in the 1st Info Post when creating your Signature.
—You must name your Signature. The name came be in a different Language, but include a Translation into the Extra Info section.
—Follow all the Info Post when making your Signature.
—You can either show a picture of your Signature or describe its Design.
—You must describe your Signature Ability in detail.
—No OP Signatures. This also means no Gen 4 Signatures at this time unless I’ve given you special permission.
—Remember to include a Range (if the Signature is a Gen 3) and a Duration of Usage. These must be included in your Weaknesses
—Remember that your Signature can always be Broken or Stolen, and that without it, your OC has no Abilities whatsoever. This is a required Weakness and cannot be avoided, negated or otherwise.
—Weaknesses are required; they must be both Signature-related and Self-related. The minimum amount of Weaknesses required is 4
—Backstories are Optional.
—Skills/Intuitions/Proficiencies are Skills your OC can do. Examples include Gymnastics, Gun Proficiency and such.
—You cannot use OCs repeatedly from other RPs/Series without permission. That is considered to be somewhat lazy, repetitive and annoying, and just barely changing them won't get passed by me so easily. You can kindly ask me if one of your OCs from another Series is allowed. Otherwise, please make a brand new OC that fits.
—It is required for you to post the entire Character Sheet in the Sign-Up. Do not post a link that links me to another Post where the OC is, or otherwise I won’t accept it until that Character Sheet is actually in the Sign-Up itself. However, if your OC’s sheet is too big, then please put their Google Doc link in the Sign-Up and make it so everyone can see it, including myself.
—Use the provided Character Sheet to make your OC. Do not leave important sections such as Personality or Weaknesses blank.
—Appearances of your OC can be described or by using Character Art. Do not use real life photos of a person for your Appearance.
