I would say any form of matter manipulation such as molecular, atomic, and subatomic.

You can literally alter the physical state of EVERYTHING around you. Heck, as long as it has atoms, it can be controlled

But... What does it have to do with anything to make Telepathy better by the sum of its parts?Any kinds of matter manipulation don't need telepathy to be effective and viceversa, they are purely incompatible in basis.
