I would argue that Omni-Power Replication and Almighty Ascension are both abilities that require using before the user can affect anyone else. This opens up a moment for the user of Potentiality Lordship to completely shut down their opponent - all it would take is for them to decide that their opponent does not possess the potential to use their abilities, and suddenly they have completely negated their opponent's power. After all, Potentiality Lordship decides, on a fundamental, possibly absolute level, what is and is not possible.
At it's peak, it is very much justified as a Form/Expression of Omnipotence. "Potentiality is the counterpart to actuality. Whilst actuality is what is, potentiality is what might be. Virtually all powers rely on actualizing their potential effects - bringing them from potentiality into actuality...Potentiality Lordship wields absolute power over the potential of all things, including metaphysical potentials, the potentials of meta-concepts and other such phenomena beyond normal metaphysical potential, and even the unrestricted potential of absolutes, granting them a capability which is essentially a unique form of Almighty Law by which they have absolute say over what is and is not possible throughout all of totality."
At its highest level, they would be unbound by potentiality in its entirety: "In order to wield absolute authority over the potential of everything the user themselves must stand beyond potentiality in its entirety, lest their capacity to command and control potentiality be itself bound by potentiality. This affords them an absolute potential, unbound by what is and is not possible to an absolute degree." Even if they don't have the potential to act first in this fight and prevent their opponent from using their powers, they can do it anyway. They have absolute authority over potentiality, so potentiality can't limit them.
