The Three Howls. Three consecutive ringing sounds that can be heard across all of Vindryi, used surprisingly as wake-up calls by the natives. For generations the people of Vindryi have lived unconcerned with the Howls, but this could only last for so long. A village destroyed and nobody can explain why, any rational explanations being immediately dismissed once investigated further.

Finally doing an rp in this world. I have been working on it for a while and I am very excited to get started. Below are the basic rules and guidelines, as well as some information to make creating a character a little bit easier.
Rules/Guidelines:
Any OP Abilities will not be allowed. If you wish to make sure if an ability is allowed, please feel free to ask. However, the magic system I have put in place should make it easier to find allowed powers.
Minimum oc age of 21.
If you do wish to be capable of Rot (the name of magic in The Bright Side), please understand something important. Rot-wielders, otherwise known as Withers, are extremely hated in many of the worlds nations, Vindryi included. I am not stopping you from making a Wither OC, but just please understand it is not a good idea to constantly show off your power for the sake of showing off. Vindryi is the #1 trader of the material known as Gleipnir, essentially an Anti-Magic rock. Do with that information what you will.
Anybody who ignores the limits behind Rot will be reminded of them. This is an rp and I will allow some overuse beyond what I have down in lore, but do not over do it.
Don't be a dickhead.
