I guess this would be dependent on preference and skills

2. Can be bypassed way too easily

3. Very good, can emulate a lot of the powers listed

4. Useless unless it lets you mind control people, at most you can get codes

5. Useless unless you can bring stuff with you

6. Pretty good, open it up then throw stuff through and use it to escape to a safe place

I'll choose super speed since you can be in and out with everything before anyone can register they've been robbed.

Either portal or teleportation

I voted Portal Manipulation but I didn't see Super Speed which is probably honestly the best one.
