Plus, Zoom is significantly slower than Sonic and multiple tiers below him.
Zooms weaknesses:
Weaknesses: Due to being fuelled by time instead of kinetic energy, he is unable to perform some of Flash's abilities such travelling back in time without help, despite having control over his own personal timeline. Knocking him into one of his windows of time will fold time itself onto him essentially tying a knot in his timeline[3] and putting him in a temporary time loop[23]. Powers can be unravelled from the other side if someone else is also tapping into the his Forever Force portion[4].
Also here’s the billionth ring aura.
One Billionth Power Ring Aura:
A constant, invisible, passive aura that always surrounds Sonic at all times, gifted to him by The Ancient Walkers after collecting his Billionth Power Ring. It has been shown to act on its own volition to protect Sonic on several occasions. It has restored Sonic's physical and spiritual essence, absorbed and retained his Life Force, has nullified magic that's targeted him, and even brought him back after being erased from existence by the Ultimate Annihilator after it overloaded, as well when he was stated and shown to be successfully vaporized
No, I'm not gonna waste my time, I don't care enough.
Sonic is around 2-C in base and can get to 1-C whereas Zoom is all around 8-C in base (inconsistently) with up to 4-B feats.
Easy win for the fastest thing alive: Sonic the Hedgehog
@OmniHyperDust Rebirth Zoom is at the same level as Archie Sonic. So, depending on which Zoom we're using, I think that Sonic will have a much harder time with rebirth Zoom.
True, but again, it should probably be stated from the beginning. From what I see here, I think Sonic wins, though I may be wrong.
And he has nothing against the plot and fate manipulation, again.
