@Fallen221 techniclaly nothing, the real term would be “high tier zero.” The creator deity of that universe also created independent universes for all of fiction. What is considered a universe in those universe are galaxies in the grand scheme of things. She sees all of it liek we do, fiction. This includes shot like Lovecraft
