Isn't the second just a weaker version of Onslaught? or is telepathic force not the power of professor X?

Basically, onslaught then, with those 2 basically having identical or even more powers than the ones that the OG onslaught had, with Polaris having magneto's power and emma frost having telepathy equalling or even surpassing Professor X at some points.
