My feelings are like what some have said. A true omnipotent being is beyond our comprehension and so we can't fathom how stupidly powerful they are. I believe that was the thinking beyond reclassifying Absolute Wish. We can comprehend what it can do because it allows manipulation of our fondest wishes to eliminate penalties and limitations save for bestowing upon the alien concept of Omnipotent. An Absolute Wish granter can't grant what it doesn't understand.

I'm going to have to disagree with you on that last point @SuperPimp80 (that an Absolute Wish granter can't grant what they don't understand). would have thought they can. It outright states in the capabilities "They can even make vague or inconceivable wishes come true no matter what", and if they couldn't grant what they don't understand, then it wouldn't be absolute. Even if they don't understand it, they could wish to understand. The only real 'limitation' is omnipotence itself, and that's a limitation to all absolute powers by its nature, not simply due to a lack of understanding (though that isn't to say they could understand it - they probably could not, unless the omnipotent allowed them to).

But as you say "vague" the wish itself can't be completely alien even when you wish:"create me a absolutely alien reality" it is the power that does it,and then when when you wish:"inform me about this reality" it is still the power itself and I say:"you don't own omnipotence,omnipotence owns you" as you cannot reach possible cap of omnipotence no matter what you do.
