Part of the issue, I think, is that there are many different canons, and the power of the Scarlet King varies dramatically between them. In one, he's created out of the conflict between premodernity and modernity as an entity in the noosphere, in which case any power capable of manipulating concepts could beat him. In fact, I think that, in one canon, the Foundation used SCP-6659 to destroy the Scarlet King by removing the capacity to conceptualize it, thus destroying them in the noosphere.

Of course, there's also the fact that many people here, including myself, have absolute or omnipotent powers as their favourites. By their nature, the majority of absolute powers would be able to deal with most SCPs with ease, excluding perhaps certain entities like 001 (Swann's Proposal).

With the nature of our absolute/omnipotent powers being more pure than theirs we would still win, like how me having autopotence could overrule any omnipotent being's power, since I would be the omnipotent being through self-omnipotence, not them.

With those even if I can't use total mimicry on him I can still manipulate his concept and I can create his concept for myself or learn it with Meta learning and plus with Oneiric reality manipulation and concept manipulation makes me highly nigh omnipotent and I can summon a infinite army of nigh omnipotent human beings empowering me Is immensely and dramatically unCalculable amount .My meta army as well and I can just Abuse total mimicry on my armies abilities,skills,stats,experience and I can u keep fighting adapting as the scarlet king gets stronger so will I but i think we will at a stalemate maybe in a few timelines I win or the scarlet king wins it depends
