It seems to me like Enhanced Instincts was meant to be an umbrella power for every kind of instinctive power (fighting instincts, killing instinct, etc), and Hyper Instincts is perhaps a superior version of it.
As it is now, however, they seem very similar. From their 'Capabilities' sections:
Enhanced Instincts: "They are able to process the world in the most advanced/efficient manner possible to find the most efficient and practical solutions to any/all kinds of problems that the user faces"
Hyper Instincts: "The user possesses a mind/instincts that process the world in the most advanced, optimal and efficient manner possible. They are able to find the optimal solution to any/all problems".
Overall, I would say that Hyper Instincts seems like it should be an advanced/superior version of Enhanced Instincts. However, as they are now, they are pretty much the same. They both even claim exactly the same "known powers" (Ultra Instinct and Gut Instinct).
