Here’s another villain but he’s related to this female character. This is his personality and I want your opinion.
Kibishī initially appears to be very welcoming and sympathetic, loving father and a lover as well as affable towards those who know him who moves in the underworld, but as his true intentions are revealed, however, it soon revealed that this was just a mask and only a ruse as in order to gain others trust as a way to trick them. Showing that he’s a tyrannical, cruel, unfriendly, selfish, cold, brutal, and horrifyingly ruthless monster and control freak who regularly abuses his position, despise undead creatures alike, and ruled the Underworld as a dungeon out of usurpation.
He often imprisoned spirits who tries to attack and outsmart him to have the ability to take his position as a ruler and send them down to rot like garbage, with no remorse for his actions. Shown that he’s very power-hungry when he cruelly enslaved his minions who are hellhound spirits on his side and other spirits which he can absorb their energy to make feel weak and wants them to suffer vengefully, out of his murderous satisfaction he had been through. This nature was because according to Daemon who’s owner of a animal shelter, Kibishī was a good and caring spirit, a friend of Daemon over the years. Like other grim reapers whose sole purpose is to take the souls of the deceased into the mortal world.
However, Kibishī’s vicious and wrathful stems from being neglected, abused, and abandoned by his own kind about years ago before the comic series for being looked down and treated him for being weak, an event which left him being outcasted in the underworld, with trauma and consumed with anger. The grief of his backstory drove Kibishī to develop an extremely harsh expression of hate and a very animosity philosophy about being weak, believing that weak is the one thing a spirit can never be and destined to be pushed away from anyone else.
After his revenge against others who treat him horribly, he refused to to be controlled and overpowered by someone who has dominion over the Underworld and against the spiritual minority. Stating that he believes that being ruler was all about being appreciated and doing whatever he wants, showing that he looks down on others who treat him wrong and have no desire to serve anyone. Before the birth of Yomeshinu, he was willing to kill his own wife in order to kill his unborn daughter to become ruler, but then he realized that she’s a goddess full of immortality. Afterwards, he then took advantage of her status to prevent her from becoming in charge, causing her to become his slave and allowing him to usurp her place as ruler.
Throughout his life, he shows a heartless, sadistic, and domineering personality towards his family including his wife and his daughter Yomeshinu since her childhood, constantly abuses them verbally, psychologically, and emotionally to the point of striking fear in them. His controlling attitude wants Yomeshinu to not feel complete weakness for those who are lower than her and show no mercy. During his time as a thief back in the days, he openly taunts Yomeshinu with the fact that the only reason he wants her around is because she’s useful to him, treating her as a tool to hurt other spirits who have wronged him, seeing to take pleasure in her sadness and misery. This states that tried to hurt Baoht as a puppy, that he eventually escape from his torment.
Despite his abusive relationship with his daughter, Kibishī is a very bad father, the shady examples of that he almost put his foot of his wife of teaching Yomeshinu for scythe practicing, forced his daughter to put the end of little spirit goblins to integrate, slapped his wife in an argument and stole her own energy to make her weak from escaping and trapped her viciously, and tried so many times to get rid of Boaht for Yomeshinu’s affection.
In the comic series, Kibishī is nothing short of a tragic, sadistic and overpowering villains who desires nothing more than absolute respect and discipline from everybody around him when he doesn’t deserve it. As such, his mindset eventually lead into a villainous breakdown and his defeat at the hands of Yomeshinu as Yomeshinu got into raging demon and aggressively attacked him, learning that she break away from her influence and change for the better, and proudly disintegrated him for his demise he rightfully deserves.
