I think a strong utility of self-replication would be if every copy made is in a peak conditioning regardless of the original users own state (like if they were originally weak or at low health, the copy would be a strong backup). It could be potent enough that, even if the original were to die, the clone would remain with all their prior abilities and memories intact (though likely wouldn't know if said original had died somehow)

Maybe the Self-Replication power would have yourselves being different variations of you due to certain actions you've made in the past. Such as choosing to go into a different career or you managing to catch that spoon that fell. Something even as small as that

Super Self-Replication? Maybe, you duplicate faster, or regardless of the original's state, the duplicates would still be unharmed, make the copies elemental, the duplicates could duplicate; In just 5 duplications, you would have 32, 10 duplications, 1024.
