13 Thousands Years Ago, A Space Wizard (An Alien Magician with Proficiency over Space-Time Magicks on a Cosmic-Scale) fabricated an entirely new spell that would allow wizards to create personal realms partly separate from the physical reality they come from.
This new Transmutation Spell has the power to alter the gravitational singularity of any black hole into the starting point for a miniature big bang, thereby creating a new pocket universe for the wizard to somewhat shape the physical and/or metaphysical laws of nature (may or may not also include the laws of magic; possibly granting them the nigh omnipotent ability of metamancy while they are in their own pocket dimension) of these new sub-realities to however they please.
the wizards can use these personal realms to experiment with their magic abilities (text new spells, practice their proficiency of the arcane craft), have a place to hide from the religious and/or political persecution of mages by the normie population or just have a cool place to hang out with your wizard buddies.
There is only three limitations to the spell:
Limit number one is that you cannot transmute supermassive black holes into pocket dimensions.
Limit number two is that once the natural laws you wrote for this new realm have been in place for over one month’s time (30-31 Days), they can’t be changed (this does not stop you from adding new laws & if one or more of the physical laws are changed before the one month timelapse, then the one-month countdown for the setting of these laws restarts for those law[s]).
Limit number three, you can open a portal to this personal magic realm anywhere in the universe, so long as you remain in the same reality that the pocket dimension was created in.
