Backstory: Desperate for an heir, Kimu had resorted to the finding the first human she would lay eyes on. She got what she wanted, but not in the way anyone would like. Long story short; Rape and murder took place. As the firstborn of Kimu Tsulan, Kara’s birth is what lead to the dramatic emotional change of her mother. She became more protective, and tyrannical towards The Mysterio Forest. Kara was her mother’s pride and joy. Not only did she have her eyes, but the exact same powers too. Kimu could also tell that her daughter would ascend to a higher power than her. Wanting to see that day, Kimu did everything in her power to protect her. Especially her little sister, Faylen, who had her mother’s fur.
Throughout the years, you’d think that with the rumors of the Mysterio would spread like wildfire to the point that no human would dare step foot in there again right? While that is correct, one family had always been the acception: the Tore clan. A nomadic clan of powerful human beings that usually would meet every year or so in the Mysterio. Not only are they too powerful for Kimu to kill off on her own, one of them had tended to Kimu themself during childhood after the slaughter of her parents, which had been murdered by humans. Therefore she swore upon her entire bloodline that no one of the Tsulan family would attack the just Tore clan. Hence it was so. During her childhood years beside Faylen, Kara’s abilities grew at a benevolent rate. So benevolent, she was designated for ascension as soon as she reached teenage years. The forest knew when to bow and sacrifice itself for her, it was her home. No need to rule the world or anything. After all; the world was beneath her.
Then came the day of the year for the Tore clan to show up. This time Kimu was allowed to visit with her offspring. For the first time, Faylen and Kara met the entire Tore clan. They came in different colors, sizes, and personalities. One thing they had in common: they were predominantly human. Any inhuman feature added was part of their power and ethnic group. As amazing as it was to be around others, Kara saw no need to be amazed, unlike her little sister. She was unfazed. Until, she met Karma. A boy soon to be next head of the clan when married. It was love at first sight to her. She could barely look at him without her tail wagging furiously.
Fortunately the meeting ended before she could do anything else. However, it looked safe to say that Karma was interested in the Foxy readhead. Karma would teleport back to the Mysterio in secret so that they could play and talk together. He even brought a few friends during specific times. Everyday Kara grew so madly in love with him until it came to a certain point… she knew how to do sex magic. The desire to have Karma as her own gave her the ability to invoke the Mythical powers of the birds and the bees. Until one day… he just stopped coming. On the day of her ascension, the day she wanted to share with him more than anything, the day that she turned 13, he was gone. Something didn’t feel right.
Kara made the decision to start going to human school, despite being born Nogitsune. Her mother did not favor that option at all, but allowed her to do so, fully aware she couldn’t protect her kids forever. After showing off her power to every human that she came across and tracking down the traces of Karma’s soul, she enrolled to the same Highschool as him in hopes of seeing him again. She waited for years and months and days until the bell could ring from afar. She rushed and dashed high and low to look for him. Finally; She found him. The boy she knew and played with and loved was there. She wanted to hug him… no. Something was different about him though. She saw something deep within his soul that made her want to approach with caution: Pain.
