Simply because I will be the embodiment of all the godly aspects of the ONE TRUE GOD in physical form. I can turn a hurricane into a simple breeze with just a thought and bend all the forces of the omniverse to my will . I can bring my idea of the perfect woman to reality as my soulmate . With this power I will establish a utopia that would stretch across all of totality . One where I rule all things . To me this would be the ultimate divine power .

I would create the following laws (all with the intention of only applying from the point of their creation):
I will always retain my free will, personality, individuality, and other such attributes that I associate with my humanity, unless I actively choose otherwise.
I possess sole absolute authority over myself. External influences can affect me if I choose to allow it, but I am not dependent on them.
I could do more, but I can't think of any more at the moment, and they would kind of be redundant due to the second one anyway.
Allow me to manipulate the energies within Divine and Demonic entities and everything in-between.
