I'd say option 1

I truly believe psionic magic is an amazing power but Omni-psionics & Omni-magic together is just too OP…I’ll take it.😈

Think of it this way option 1 needs movement while option 2 needs thoughts. Thoughts are faster so I pick option 2

I think people overestimate Omni powers. It's true that Omni Magic/Psionics give you all magic and mental powers BUT the sheer power depends on the user. And since Absolute Slicing/Piercing are at absolute level, they can easily break any magic and psionic powers, unless they are absolute level too.
