Last Time on Power Systems' Failures

Purugaret was chasing down something in the streets of Qing Qing City, China. She developed a Quirk: Clown Shoes when she arrived in this universe. Her feet became large rubber clown shoes with minds of their own. They popped off her leg and ran off. Purugaret had been “running” after them for two hours.

Purugaret: "Come back here, you heels...and toes."

The Shoes turned around and made cartoonish grins and chuckled at their uses, hobbling toward them with her nub.

Purugaret: "Gahrrr!"

Then, all three were hit with a blinding light, and from that immense glare was a man with blond hair and a cool costume. He was one of the many heroes who lived here.

Hero: "Stop right there, or I'll...Where did those shoes go?"

The Hero said when one of the shoes slowly appeared behind him and kicked him.

Purugaret (While the other shoe was behind her.): "It's behind Theoe kicked her.) Naaaah!"

Both the Prugaret got their butts literally kicked by her own feet for a while, with civilians watching the whole time.
