I imagine hope can live as long as people believe it to be and when it is deemed to be necessary at times, death only partly remove some people hopes temporally, but that's dependable. But again, Death is eternal as life is, if something is the end then that cannot end as well.

Death does not necessarily defeat hope. After all, hope for some may be the Death of another. The both basically run parallel to one another. Only connecting when needed, but not necessarily being intertwined.

At least, that's my interesting if it. Anyways, i would choose blue lantern flash, personally.

I mean yeah, he did. But at the same time there's a lot more nuance than just "shinra used the power of hope"

I feel hope is better of the two, personally. But that's a matter of opinion based on how i want to use it. If it were that i just wanted to wrech shop and kill some people, death would be the more obvious answer.
