Well you could get very far with enhanced inventing, since you could create the machines necessary to make the resources. Like how Jimmy neutron can make diamonds for example. As for me I would work on several personal projects for myself one of them being to make a pocket dimension creation device I'd also use the research from my other projects to make technology and medical breakthroughs that help the world.

@Alex8784 do you think you could create a replicator from star-trek with enhanced inventing?

Hmmm well @Farquad118 , I'd like to think it's possible as Azmuth for Ben 10 is used as the main picture. But I'd modify it and enhance it, to construction industrial sized things in a similar way to the light cycle in Tron so if something happens when certain things like some vehicles get damaged or are destroyed the energy returns to the machine but the actual power source would be like the Omnitrix's self replenishing but this helps in the when something new is being Constructed rather then need. But If I did have enhanced inventing something that would allow me to travel to fictional worlds.
