Shapeshifting and Physiology categories are subcategories of Appearance Alteration.

Maybe some versions of the power, other versions of shapeshifting however, I believe could manipulate physiology (powers related to different body types/species).
Perhaps it could start with alteration of bodily biochemistry such as Genetics and/or Hormones.
Which in turn will lead to the alteration of bodily functionality or the scientific understanding of physiology. Physiological functions that could change the nature of the body would include; metabolism, growth/development, bodily repair & reproduction.
And I know that it would change, affect or produce the anatomy of the body from one mimicry to another, which again would affect the physiology, Therefore Shapeshifting.
