Why does Reality Dreaming have this and not Pathifery? "All aspects of reality are brought about by their subconscious desires and emotions." To me, this seems more like Pathifery's thing because Pathifery is all about emotions and desires.

Dreams is just gateway to chaos.
Sometimes you can see dreams that absolutely not relates to your life.
Emotions can work as builder but not building.

Yes they can induce emotions but emotions cant create dream .
