@Overlord 427 No offense too, but definitely a lot of people would care, some jealous, others wondering how it's possible and wanting that power themselves, scientists interested and wanting to study him, governments setting special laws just for him and wanting to use him, other people thinking he's some prophet of whatever god they believe and making narratives around him based on their beliefs, other thinking he has a obligation to save everyone, while other's thinking he doesn't and some thinking he shouldn't interfere at all etc. He'd be the world's center of attention and definitely a part of History.

@Ogtea damn i would have a lot of responsibilities on my hand. I would also have a lot of hate, love, envy and also a lot of ppl would want to kill me (mainly government who i would be defiant against because they cannot control me )
