I picked Portal To My Fantasies. Here is the reason:

1). I don't have any superpowers so I won't feel safe going to a fantasy place. i would be just a normal human in a merciless fantasy world where my life expectancy is low.

2). I am lazy. Like I would rather just sit and watch anime then go adventuring in a fantasy world if I don't have my powers.

3). i don't think I can resist the other options. Besides I am scared that someone would use the Nigh-Omnipotent Item by accident or discover it's powers. A sex deity living with me will just make my parents kill me and the most delicious food is very tempting, more than fantasy portals.

Living with a sex deity seems like the plot of a ecchi anime/manga predictable, somewhat comical and ultimately underwhelming unless you’re one of those creeps with no self-control and has no better use of your free-time than abusing yourself like a circus monkey.

Tastiest food is too tempting , portal to my fantasies is not hard but it's gonna give me depression, a sex diety is controllable under most circumstances and they it might not be all that bad but they'd still be that chance, now for the item, I just lock it away or simply ignore it and continue on.
