Complete Arsenal Variation Idea

I've seen this power (I did not mess on it because I was just checking for references and etc), and then I had a doubt: Would exist a variation like "Own-Verse Complete Arsenal", when the character has all the powers specifically only from their verse?

That's basically what the concept of Complete Arsenal already represents.

Otherwise, there would be no actual users to this power :V

Pretty much all Complete Arsenal users are that. Najimi has all Abnormalities and Minuses, all powers from Medaka Box. She doesn't have Jojo stands, she doesn't have MHA Quirks, or anything like that.
