In my mind, Conceptual Transcendence would risk losing my personality, identity, etc, and just in general would be way too far removed from what it is to be human. On the other hand, Conceptual Lordship can still do anything, but I can 100% definitely retain all those aspects of myself if I want to.
Ooohhh, this is hard, I can go either way, I've actually thought this before, but you can't decide. I guess if it based on dependency to survive, then transcendence, but you can do so much more when you in control of it, basically everything you know.
