I think Viltrumites would lose, for they do not have the power up method that Kryptonians do, for you know how OP they get when coming into contact with the sun. Heck, Superman, after spending 10,000 years, become an all powerful reality warper. Viltrumites require time, while kryptonians dont as much for with sun, they can end them.

Omni man and the others gets stronger as they grow older but Superman flies through a bunch of suns and literally shattered a multiverse. Seriously this is why goku keeps losing to him🤦‍♂️😑

He’s just way too strong to put up against other heros

Viltrumite have less lore about their powers and development.

Maybe their smart atoms can give them indestructibility or immutability.

I’ve always fucked with viltrumites I watch the show thought it was awesome and started reading the comics and finish and I thought viltrumites were the strongest beings ever people saying oh kryptonians are stronger your only example are people who have had years to absorb sunlight from our sun also plus destroy the sun some how or fly them to a different soltar system and there cooked

True also I want to add of a viltrumite were to freeze there body captain America style and just stay there for millions of years and gain strength then get out move fast enough to go back to the time point where they started and fought they could take on at least 3 kryptonians

Viltrumite race have natural very strong body , regeneration and flight powers.

They all must go through hard training but that training mostly physical or educational.

They not research own atoms in more versatile ways. For them their natural development is super big advantage , they almost not use space ships or using only for cargos and radar detectors.

Smart atoms vulnerable to sound wave (vibration) that means that all their training must be directed on strengthening of their atomic connections in body . That allow them allow become densier than stars or if they can support high frequency vibration without losing control , I think that viltrumite can use phasing as one of theirs ability.

Viltrumite not need any energy absorbtion they can generate high energy source in their body . I very disappointed that viltrumite race not discovered some type of inner energy in their physiology to amplify own capabilities.

I bet if they research atoms and vibration interactions they can generate so sort of energy , maybe bio electricity or entanglement force.
