Hmm that's an interesting choice . I think Dr Fate could stand a chance hence why I said most of the verse cus Dr Fate has Order magic while Scarlet witch has chaos magic but there's a difference between DC's chaos magic and marvels . Chaos Magic in Marvel breaks many of the so called rules of magic and even the sorcerer supreme had trouble understanding it . I think because she's now fused with the god of chaos Cthon ,her magic should be now at its peak ...surpassing anything she once demonstrated .

Clearly Smash is last, then it's Shonen Jump, and Marvel and DC is undecided, they both equal in first place.

From a Cosmological Perspective, it's Marvel, since you causally have mutants who can bend reality on a whim, there aren't as many DC users that can do that.
