I just copied the infobox from another page and replaced all the relevant details. I still have no idea how you're supposed to do it from scratch though.

I just did it by going onto a page with an infobox like that (in this case, I happened to have Absolute Probability Manipulation open, so I used that), went into edit mode, clicked on the infobox and copy-pasted it into your page. After that, it was just a case of editing it to replace the image and captions with the appropriate ones for the power and image. I still have no idea how you're supposed to create one from scratch, but this seems to work just fine.

I still dunno how you do that but ok! 😁

If visual editor, try looking at a few pages through text editor. The wiki code is pretty simple and a little more flexible if you edit it directly.

Beside the edit button is a button with three vertical dots. If you tap that it will show a short menu. The menu gives you the option to edit source. Click that.

Oh that! I used it once to remove an info box by deleting it's name. But it is a bit complicated to do other things

That is the best place to make the changes you are asking about. If you want to create pages, I recommend you view the source of a few pages and copy the page info template as the start point to edit your new page.
